Our teachers undergo two kinds of training. Firstly, they go for trainings conducted by the CBSE COE and secondly, they undergo trainings arranged in house in the school. The trainings are arranged in such a way to identify gaps in the pedagogy and teaching methodology and are intended to plug the gap.
